2026-2027

We are excited to announce New England Ballet Academy’s inaugural Fall Performance, Emergence. The program features the dancers of The Conservatory at NEBA and includes two world premieres and excerpts from the beloved Romantic ballet Giselle, staged by School Principal Caitlin Pesce.

Our Co-Artistic Directors, Joseph Jefferies and Jeremy Ruth Howes, have each choreographed an original ballet that captures the title theme of Emergence. Joseph Jefferies will debut The Firebird Suite, while Jeremy Ruth Howes presents Phoenix Rising.

Inspired by the dualities of life and death, love and loss, joy and grief, both choreographers explore the cycles of life and the possibility of reinvention. Through struggle and adversity, we are often pushed toward unexpected paths, discovering new strength and emerging transformed.

This theme of rebirth feels especially meaningful for NEBA’s inaugural performance. As we build and grow a new school rooted in a timeless foundation, we embrace the opportunity to evolve, explore new artistic possibilities, and emerge into an exciting new era.

We are delighted to share this moment with you and grateful for your support as we begin this new chapter. Thank you for being part of NEBA’s journey.

We look forward to seeing you at the ballet!
